Here at Dotty Kitchen Catering we specialise in catering for the holiday market - providing a range of standard and Gourmet meals delivered directly to gites, Chateaux and holiday homes.  We also, as an extension of our core business provide a property management service.

Dotty Kitchen Catering is an outside catering organisation based near Carcassonne.

We specialise in providing a range of fresh & frozen meals to gites, holiday homes, complexes and Chateaux – either delivered hot and ready to serve or pre-prepared to enable your guests to reheat at their leisure.   Your clients can pre-order food directly with us or through yourselves so that they have food ready for their arrival – to be delivered either during changeover periods so it can be put into their gite fridge or freezer or at their allotted times. We can also provide larger catering to group bookings. Our menu’s range from traditional regional specialities and international foods according to client preference.

Prices start from 10 euro’s per head and up to 30 euro’s for a gourmet regional Languedoc speciality menu  - discounts maybe available for group bookings.  Foods can be delivered in a variety of styles, pre-packed microwave containers, rustic earthenware for authenticity or in gastronomes for larger group catering according to preference.

Dotty Kitchen Catering provide a range of meals ready prepared or delivered hot to holidaymakers enjoying our beautiful area.  We can ensure that you have a meal awaiting once you arrive at your holiday destination.  We also cater for children, toddlers and special dietary requirements.
 
Many people arrive out of hours and due to French opening times supermarkets and stores can be closed leaving guests without food or knowing where to find the nearest restaurant.  By pre-booking we can ensure that you start your holiday in the most relaxed way by enjoying beautifully prepared local produce.
 
Other services are pre-prepared meals, and deli salads, puddings, tapas, charcuterie, fromage and seafood platters, childrens meals, vegetarian meals and special dietary requirements catered for.
