Salad de foie gras – foie gras, salad and onion confit. 

Smoked Fish Parcels – salmon fume stuffed with seafood with horseradish dressing 

Homemade Country Terrine & cranberry salad 

Blue cheese & port potage – rich blue cheese soup laced with port 

  

 

Mains: 

Roti Agneu – lamb shank, slow cooked in a cranberry and red wine sauce. 

Bourride Provencale – et aioli (rich fish casserole with garlic mayonnaise) 

Tarte de Poisson aux poireau and samoun Chantilly (tart with selection of fish with leeks served with salmon chantilly sauce) 

(V)            Filo roule – poireau, fromage, pomme de terre & persil coulis (vegetarian option) – filo roll with potato, leek, soft cheese with parsley coulis). 

Pintade de mirepoix – Guinea Fowl slow cooked in a ‘mirepoix’ of vegetables, white wine and garlic. 

Poulet Basquaise – chicken slowly cooked in in rich sauce with wine, olives, tomatoes, peppers and Mediterranean herbs. 

Lapin au Malpere Blanc – rabbit cooked in white Malepere wine, with mushrooms, garlic and mustard sauce.

Coriander Chicken Curry – marinated chicken breast pieces in a garlic and coriander sauce. 


Rustic Coq au Vin – braised with onions and mushrooms in a traditional red wine sauce. 

 

Cumberland Pie – minced beef with a rich onion sauce, carrots, leeks with a creamy mashed potato topping. 

 

Spicy Chilli-con-Carne – traditionally cooked and prepared using fresh chilli’s, tomato, oregano and red kidney beans. 

 

Classic Homemade Lasagne – layers of prime minced beef in a rich tomato sauce with creamy cheese sauce layers. 

 

Hearty Fisherman’s Bake – a selection of fish in a creamy parsley sauce with cheesy mashed potato topping. 

 

Macaroni and Mozzerella Bake – macaroni, tomato sauce with mozerella cheese. 

 

Poachers Casserole – rich rabbit casserole with herby dumplings. 

 

All above mains can be teamed up with a variety of side dishes or salads according to season. 

 

Desserts: 

 

Classic bread and butter pudding – favourite nursery pudding with succulent fruit and creamy texture. 

 

Fruit crumble – delicious buttery crumble with seasonal fruits 

 

Tiramisu – Italian favourite handmade dessert with coffee, mascarpone and hint of rum. 

 

Chocolate Fudge Cake – rich chocolate cake with fudgy icing – can be served hot or cold. 

 

Banoffi pie – decadent banana, toffee and cream pie with a crunchy base. 

 

Mascaapone & Lemon Cheesecake – light and refreshing on a biscuit base, flaked almonds and sugar dusting.
